BluWorx connects clients, artisans, and suppliers. Users are responsible for accurate job details, safe access, and lawful conduct.

Payments are arranged directly between the parties outside BluWorx. The app does not custody, settle, or guarantee those funds.

Users can report a problem through the booking dispute flow or contact support for assistance.
